Can you please help find the most suitable quantitative tool for the following project.

I am panning to measure the relationship between innovation and tourist loyalty.

This is to indicate that my research project is composed of the following major variables:

· Tourism Innovation (independent variable or construct).

ü Process innovation

ü Marketing innovation

Please consider that the target group are the customers not the staff inside the companies.

I do need tool or instrument to measure each major independent variable or construct of the study alone (Tourism innovation). It is important to mention that you could not find one tool to measure each construct. On other hand, may be you can find several tools for the sub-components of the construct (for example Tourism Innovation construct and the sub-components are process innovation & marketing innovation ).
