I have used 14 or 15 pesticides against the immature stagas and adult stage and each pesticide was tested at three doses: field dose (x), 0.5x. and 2x doses along with control (water). I am looking for analysis of variance and multiple comparisons for significant difference if any. My experimental data are completely randomized design.the data is not normal. it required normalization before undergo statistical analysis. What software are you using? (easier to give you links that will help you through this process).
To deal with issues of normality - you could first log transform your data(?)
You could run a Two way ANOVA (Looking for Simple effects as well as Interaction effects) - ensure all assumptions are first met.
Then run post hoc analyses such as Tukey Honest Significant Difference (HSD) and/or Bonferroni adjustment.

It seems you are fluent in Statistix, having generated your descriptives and finding out the data is not normal. Give log transformation a try and then see how the ANOVA goes.
