How can one approach the question of entrepreneurship with people whose belief tie success with serving their God properly and failure with spells and devilish enchantments coming from competitors? I must specify this context is coming from Haiti's perspective which social and economical characteristics (lack of infrastructure, low level of education, lack of access to capital, truly religious country to cite only those) contribute turning to entrepreneurship a challenge. The previous interrogation can raise many other questions such as what is the relationship between religion and entrepreneurship or how can we measure external influences on people's success but first things first, what would be your perspective regarding this?

I've done some digging and found a survey from Gallup made in 2009 (https://news.gallup.com/poll/142727/religiosity-highest-world-poorest-nations.aspx) with the following headline "Religiosity highest in world's poorest nation". While the United States is an exception, does it mean religion/spirituality is a barrier to entrepreneurship? Is it the only factor we can consider?
