As u said in one of the blog that u found the Seek Thermal to be a better camera in terms of temperature accuracy (although the focal length is longer and makes it a bit unwieldy for handheld use - no problem for lab use if you have a mount and enough space).

Will u please tell me how to extract the temperature values from seek thermal camera either in .csv or .mat file.

I am getting .jpg file and I using that image for further analysis.

I want to use this to find internal defects of fruit, fruit maturity or internal properties of fruit like sweetness, TSS, tartaric acid etc.

Can u help me out regarding this or any suggestions that how to proceed.
