In the research paper it has been given that paste is made after mixing silica powder in acetone.But when I am doing this then .Paste is not being made right that looks like a paint.After touching it, it starts separating from the metal. And when I mix silica powder liquid sodium silicate and acetone all together, the paste becomes very solid type. Should I use powder sodium silicate instead of liquid sodium silicate
You can try to "use powder sodium silicate instead of liquid sodium silicate". When you will have the results you can publish it and contribute to the development of welding science.
