Hi all,
There is a refinement error when I am doing background calculations.
The error message is "HessianLSQ -- ouch #0: look for invalid parameter (see console)".
Any comments would be highly appreciated.
Hello, @Osama Ibrahim.
This error occurs when some of your parameters get anomalous values (like Unit cell axis a,b or c =0, which is impossible). So, review your parameters, like unit cell dimensions and angles, background, scale factors, etc.
Best regards,
Ricardo Tadeu
Hi @Ricardo Many thanks for your comment. I'll check those parameters.
I am looking for anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) and anti-Phospholipid antibody ELISA kit for Non Human Primate serum samples. Any suggestions highly appreciated. Thank you.
