We are developing our CVD-technique based on the thermal decomposition of metalorganic precursors for deposition of electrically conducting thin films composed from metals, alloys, oxides or their composites. Now we want to select a set of interesting systems which could be promising for further study by physical methods and/or for applications. Do you have any ideas or suggestions about the chemical composition of such systems?

Dear Mauro, thank you. Could you write for which applications could be interesting CeO2 or Ce-ZrO2? Do you have experience with investigation of physical properties of these systems?
