My name is Abdullah Imtiaz and I belong to Pakistan. Recently, I completed my masters degree in structural engineering from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore Pakistan and now I want to take admission in PhD Research work specifically in concrete or steep related topics.

Can anyone help me or guide me how to get admission specifically in USA
