Dear all one my friend cited paper to some authors but his paper is published already but they did not get citation .paper already came in journal website not yet on google scholar.
when they will get citation after coming published paper in google scholar or what.

Hi,
The citations to a paper are received sometimes after the paper is published in a journal, and the paper has bibliographic details (Journal name, volume, issue, pages etc').

If the paper is published in Scopus or Web of Science you are able to look for the citation and add it to your profile.
