You can find the order of the filter from the slope of the amplitude characteristic. For the first order filter the slope is 6 dB/octave, for the second order is 12 dB/octave. In your case it is the first order filter case.

Thank you Sir very much!! Sir can you please refer any paper explaining this concept. Also Is slope seen over whole band of operation? i have also attached the graph for the entire range ..can you please see it and guide whether its order is still first ??

For a band pass filter, the frequency response of the reflection coefficient has clearly expressed minima. The number of these minima usually corresponds to the number of filter resonators.
