Is there any theoretical framework that allows for a comparative view of forced migration with "other types" of migration (e.g. expatriation, etc.)?
I am looking for any work that looks at forced migration within a broader theoretical framework on migration. So far, I have only found suggestions of such a perspective in the works of Richmond (1988; 1993) and Bakewell (2010), but have not been able to find any further opinions on this...
