I want to get a simple ODE model relate to 'Tumor size','Toxicity', and 'Drug resistance' behavior during chemotherapy (or any other cancer treatment).

Early detection of cancer is the best way to cure it and I would suggest reviewing AI-based models, you may find a lot from google scholar, such as in this link:
