XRF used for soil analysis, for each material (e.g. soil, water, different material etc.) analyzed has different reference material. I read the brochure, poster "Application of the Thermo Scientific Portable XRF Analyzer in Geochemical Exploration" from Thermo Fishe but there don't explain about reference material or calibration. Need in special for soil analysis. I don't find on their site information about certificate, reference material or calibration for Niton XL3t 900.

I recommend you have a look at literature dealing with the topic. In my view a good comprehensive work is this book: Book Handbook of Practical X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis
This will at least provide you with a good starting point to sort out what you need and need to do.

I am attaching photo of soil standards which are convenient to check the HH-XRF. However this kind of standard is extremely expensive; probably several thousands of USD. You can make similar standards by yourself using mesh-controlled soil and AAS (atomic absorption) 1000 ppm-standard solution.
