Recommended software to design a Ventilation System ?

Hello,

I would like to design a ventilation architecture with ducts, elbows, fans, valves and filters. I would like to optimise the size of the system at specific air flow rates (with dust particles) with respect to energy consumption. Which software is recommended for this task ?

Im not sure CFD including Star-CCM or Ansys is up for an optimization task ?

Please advise.
