I made a journal, as an assignment for my course, but because I was still a beginner and had limited time, the journal still lacked a lot. do you have any suggestions on where to submit a journal for a beginner like me? (sorry for my poor English)
Consider some some lower tier journals, especially those indexed by DOAJ - please search in the attached list for a journal that is related to your topic.
I have also written a, viz. “Writing for Publication for Students and University Staff” for this very purpose to assist new researchers, which should be of some assistance to you. Actually i would advise the opposite, it would be sensible to try for a better journal that fits with your topic because it will look good for you in the future!
