The dia of the semicircle decreases with increased temperature, since the reaction kinetics of ionic transportation increases with increased temp.

Yes, this is a fuel cell EIS, not the full fuel cell but only the electrolyte.

I have checked the frequency of these semicircles. Usually the frequency range is 10*4 to 10*5 (Hz).

Yes Muhammad Sarfraz Arshad the answer is simple.

In a perfect world, the x-intercept of the EIS plot generally tells you the ohmic resistance. However I have seen that in real world applications, the higher frequencies semicricles do contain a part of the electrolyte resistance (or electrolyte electrode interface in full cell).

What you need to do is to make an equivalent circuit and calculate these differences to publish them as part of your study ..and be more useful to the readers

Thanks, I will study the article you referred. I have tried to construct an equivalent circuit using Zview but it simply leads to Rt(QRep), which is not very helpful to reveal the true information.
