Hi frndz wats the reason for wavery bands of PCR products. Electrode distance between the electrode is 25cm so products runner under 120V in 3% metaphor
120 mV is fast for a 3% gel. Reduce the volts and increase the time.
Also, wash your gel rig and use fresh buffer. Old buffer and dirty gel boxes give smeary gels. And wait until the gel is COMPLETELY set (hardened) before you remove the combs. Taking the combs out too early when the agarose is still soft will give you "squishy" wells and your bands will look wavy.
Last, make sure you are not loading way too much PCR products. If your ladder bands are crisp, but your sample bands are overly bright and wavy, then decrease how much product you load.
Complete polymerization of your gel is necessary to produce intact DNA bands after electrophoresis. Better to wait for more time once you pour the liquified agarose into gel casting assembly or if the time is limited then better to solidify it at less temperature.
