As Rate Splitting Multiple Access (RSMA) is a Multiple Access Scheme, Is it possible for Base Station to broadcast message in which Common message for all user and private message for few users? Because as in RSMA conventional Architecture Common message in decoded using NOMA and Private using SDMA. It might not mentioned that common message can not be decoded without a private message. I may understood it partially wrong. I need Guidance from the Research Community.
