I characterized my sample ( Carbon dots based on Ammonium Citrate dibasic+DI water which was synthesized in the Oven at 180C for 3 hours) with RAMAN. I have an extra signal at 1073.77cm-1 compared to the other samples (The Picture has been attached to this question). I could not find any information about the presence of this peak.
I would appreciate you If know the answer and share it with me.

Ammonium citrate dibasic is generally used as a component of matrix solution in matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrometry analysis. It can also be used as both the carbon and nitrogen source to synthesize fluorescent nitrogen-doped carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) (1st and 2nd link).
I couldn't find any information about the presence of this peak. However, I suggest you check the literature (some useful links below particularly third one) on Raman spectroscopy of ammonium citrate dibasic or consult with an expert in the field for more information.
