R scripts for the 3D Profiling Sonar by Marine Electronics?

I am using a 3D Profiling Sonar by Marine Electronics, and was wondering has anyone written any R scripts for displaying or processing the data files?

i believe you can download the package plot3D

install. packages(“plot3D” )

library (“plot3D”)

however, I dealt with MRI images which are 3D using Matlab. May be this website is helpful.
