Hello!
I have used QuPath before and everything was running perfectly, but now I have under the image list only macro and I can see only the preview of the slide. I tried adding my pictures to a project, but this also doesn't help, creates macro files only. So now I'm stuck and don't know what to do to fix this issue.
As a reference I use version 0.1.2, whole slide scan files have scn format and I'm operating on Mac. I have tried with newer version also, but there I cannot even open my files. Also I have tried on Windows and there I have same issues so it is not Mac based issue.
Any help will be appreciated!

May be your configuration files got corrupted. So, you can either opt for repairing the software or you can reinstall the same after removing the software along with configuration files and all the temporary files.

I managed to fix the issue. I took away the extension and bio-formats package and increased the maximum memory from 2 to 8GB and now it is working.
I had previously installed and deinstalled it numerous times so I don't think that anything was corrupted. Maybe the extensions made it go crazy, no idea.
Exactly. The memory requirement was the issue. As you said you changed the memory from 2 to 8gb.
