In Bruguiera genus which one is the correct spelling "gymnorrhiza" or "gymnorhiza" (Double "R" or Single "R"). I have seen few publications and sequences where randomly the spellings has been used. Even I have used "RR" during sequence submission. So I was wondering which one is most acceptable.

If the name Bruguiera gymnorrhiza in question should be written double r, if not then it might be different!
