Experience for 20, 30 or more years of working with difficult and different cases may create some sort of routine management of special cases. On the other hand, the evidence-based science provides more precise guidelines. BUT can we rely on the few numbers of papers used for that evidence which sometimes may be only one paper ?!!!

"Experience" or "Evidence", Which on is superior? It depends on the case. Sometimes, the ''evidence'' is insufficient from a practical point of view. Both experimentation and critical thinking matter.
