It is known in the review of the senior scholars that the formation of VO(OH)3 molecules is very helpful for the formation of vanadium nanostructures. And concentration is one of the most important causes. However, I don’t know exactly what he means about the concentration.

If you want to process V2O5 nanoparticles from aqueous solution you are running into the above shown diagramm, which means that only at very low pH or very high pH and low concentrations you have one defined species for your reaction (VO2)+ or (VO4)3-. In all other cases you have mixtures of species.
Basically, all the upper species at higher concentrations are condensation products right on the way to the desired V2O5 composition. However, some of the upper phase like [V10O26(OH)2]4- might precipitate leading to a diffent composition for the final product.
If you want it more straighforward you might use CVD and volatile precursors such as [V(OiPr)5]2.
CVD and such precursores are also helpful if you want to make nanomaterials from vanadium(IV), -(III), or -(II)oxides.
