Questionnaires measuring Student Learning Satisfaction, Attitudes towards learning?

Hello,

I'm looking for Student Learning Satisfaction questionnaire, and I cannot find it online, does anyone have a list of items or know who should I contact to obtain it?

Also, I'm trying to find a questionnaire measuring students' attitudes towards learning that was widely used in previous research. I found one by Kara, 2010a, however, I could only find questions in Turkish.

Can you please recommend any other questionnaires measuring attitudes towards learning or maybe some used Kara's questionnaire in English and is willing to share it? I translated it, however, as I don't speak Turkish I'm not 100% sure if the translation is correct.
