I'm looking for a program that helps fill in questionnaires for statistical surveys and also helps in automating the sending and receiving of questionnaires themselves (a web-based tool). There are tools available i.e. Microsoft and goggle, but do not have all the features of a professional Surveys.
I have used Google Forms, Webropol, surveymonkey and looked at services provided by Qualtrics. Every tool has its limitation and they offer additional features if you purchase professional version.

I have used Google forms personally number of times, no other tool is as simple as this one. However, it does have some limitations.

You are right Roberto. If you like to purchase services, then I would rather suggest Qualtrics. They have variety of controls.
I am not sure what kind of features you are looking for but I have hard time finding an online survey tool that would support vignette studies.
