I am preparing Polypeptide nano hydrogel for this now i want to change sequence of MAX1 . How i can change sequence for MAX1?
My second question is that i want to make cRGD-PTX polypeptide hydrogel so for this i ist prepare RGD Peptide and then load drug and the cRGD -PTX load in polypeptide hydrogel OR PTX will be loaded into hydrogel which is formed by self assembly NAno Hydrogel from 20 Amino acid contain ALso RGD sequence?
