Can anyone please explain to me the basics of the doping concentration in Sentarus TCAD? The unit is given in cm-3: doping concentration 1e17 cm-3. But if the device is scaled into nano-meter, what would be the concentration in nm-3??
The same for charge specification in the Physics: interface trap. The unit is given in 1.6e-16 Coulomb/cm-3. But if the device is on the nanometer scale, what would be the charge concentration in nm-3 ?? Does TCAD automatically convert it accordingly?
