i just want to ask for this not so smart question. How to begin a joint research collaboration with another country? Is there any tips and trick? maybe i am just a worrywart and to shy for starting a conversation and asking for collaboration.
and i am afraid if i ask fellow researchers to collaborate, i will be branded as an impolite person.

You may identify scholars in your desired field and send your resume with intentions Alternatively you may write to some universities or research institutes in that country. Networking is best method

I would like to recommend perhaps you can join International conferences by presenting papers or just be a particpant. From there you may establish networking researchers around the world. The main thing is don't be shy just say hello communicate and estsblish your good interpersonal skills you can alao share and exchanging ideas in International conferences. Other than that, you can search through this Researchgate, Google scholar or perhaps in social media platforms like FB Postgraduate, FBScholars get to know their profile and fields before messaging them your intention to collaborate with them. You can also search through Universities, private collages or research institution that emphasize on Research, publication and innovation the main things are Networking and Synergise I wish yaa All the Best Sir in your Efforts Endeavour 😊😊
in my experience, the best approach is to be active in research conferences. Present your work, be social, and ask interesting questions. The worst approach is to send a cold email to a researcher, as recommended above. I receive many emails from people asking to collaborate, and they have never worked for me. I only work with people I know and complement my own areas of opportinity
... as suggested by Norazlinda and Carlos, conferences are often good (even online or hybrid), but try and choose which ones fit your interests best (e.g. look carefully at the Call, and at last year's programme); also, maybe it's good to think ahead and think about what you would like to be doing in 2-5 years' time, in what direction your work is moving
