Dear Scientific Community,
I have a technical question regarding statistics. I have a data set of 2 groups/ treatments, i.e., control and treated samples. Each group has the same measured nine variables. We are interested in testing if the overall profile of these variables is statistically different between these two groups or not!
Any suggestions will be appreciated about the precise statistical test.

For comparing the overall profiles of multiple variables between two groups (control and treated), you can use the multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) test. This test examines whether there are statistically significant differences between the groups in terms of the combined dependent variables. Just ensure that the assumptions of MANOVA are met before conducting the test.
