A qubit is just a spin 1/2, so it's a superposition of the sZ=1/2 and sZ=-1/2 states.
A two qubit state can be expanded in a linear superposition of tensor products of single qubit states.
What you mean by "evaluate"? You have to describe the experiment, your question is not clear.
One of the measures of quantum correlation is entanglement. Entanglement measures the amount of correlation between two or more qubits of a system. In the case of two-qubit system, this measure is concurrence that wootters defined it for both of pure and mixed states.
