I do understand that in order to have a quantitative method analysis is appropriate for a large sample. Is it possible to have a quantitative method analysis for only 4 organisations, e.g only 4 international airports available? How do I go about it? Thanking you in advance for your kind response.
There are no statistical tests that you can use with an of 4, so you would be limited to descriptive statistics. You could do the equivalent of a comparative case study using those descriptive statistics
It depends on who and how many respondents/participants you intend to include as the sample. For example, if it is the four airport directors then there is not much you can do with the data as per David L Morgan response and you would be better off using an qualitative approach. However, if it is 100 passengers or employees from each airport, then there are endless possibilities. So, you have not given enough information about your study's objective and methods!?

I support Rodney Duffett , that the samples are from four organisations, but not only for 4 respondents. A minimum required sample size for inferential statistics is normally 100 respondents, or 5 multiplied by questionnaire items or 10 multiplied by questionnaire items. If you plan to use SEM, it is better to employ a sample size that is over 385. Kindly visits the links.

Yes, I agree with the others. "quantitative method analysis for only 4 organizations" is possible and not possible. IT IS POSSIBLE and dependent to your area of concerns or parameters within these 4 organizations and you can do randomization. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE if you stick for "4" counts only, so best is do qualitative study only.
I do believe there is a value in analyzing quantitative data for small sample when it is difficult collect. What I suggest is doing the similar measurement multiple times(10+) so that you can eliminate any circumstantial biases. Definitely a following interaction analysis(2 way anova) might tell you how different these data are because of different source.

You can do Mixed - Methods with Qualitatively driven mixed methods:
Qual->Quan
Qual: 4 airports: Select an Expert Interviews or Elite interviews (Preferrably an individual who knows all about airports).
Quan: An example of hypothesis/assumptions (Cleanest airports) Respondents can be categorized as foreign or citizens in the country that you wish to do your research.
