Quantify amount of gas in Parr reactor?

I'm running the reaction at 10 atm in Parr reactor. After reaction was completed, I sampled the gas which is at 1 atm, and injected it into GC-FID. How do I back-calculate the amount of gas in the reactor? I'm trying to use Dalton's law of partial pressure, but still unsure.
