Quantification of blebbing cells?

Hi! I am doing my master project in molecular biology where I use optogenetics to affect the tissue surronding the cns in Ciona Intestinalis. In many of the images there is a lot of blebbing of the cells, so I was wondering if there are any specific methods to quantify blebbing? Any help would be appreciated!
