It depends a lot on the topic being covered and which country's journals you want to prioritise, but Journal of Information Science; Journal of Librarianship and Information Science; Journal of Documentation are top rated, plus numerous other ones are respectable. Avoid MDPI and other low grade journal publishers that push adverts in your direction.

You can use Web of Science search engine. Using left-side pulldown menus on the home page to select the right Boolean operator (AND, OR, NOT), and the right-side pulldown menus to select where Web of Science should search for your word, such as "Qualitative Research" AND "Library and Information Science", Title (words in the title of the article), etc. You can also select which years the database will search.
