I am doing a case study in my master thesis about my company and can see that it is often normal to choose qualitative data analysis methods (Content analysis, discourse analysis, thematic analysis, etc.). However, do non of these methods apply to me as I haven't done any interviews. Is it necessary to include the qualitative data analysis method in a thesis?

Of course you need to have a description of your analysis process. But my first question would be about what kind of data you have.
David L Morgan I have done a literature review, but I don't have any data from an interview as I am the primary source, and I guess it doesn't make sense to interview myself
David L Morgan I have looked into auto-ethnography and I am a bit in doubt. Is it a method to analyse data as, for example, thematic analysis?
Like David L Morgan I also think that auto-ethnography could be one appropriate methodological approach for you. Self-study could be the other possible method. Then the data could consist of the reflection that you have written during the research process.
You can also interview vendors, employees and utilize documents, board meetings etc etc. All of this is data
Peter Larsen , a case study could be employed a quantitative or qualitative approach. Thus, data analysis (method and results) is necessary, even if you choose the qualitative or quantitative technique. Just my two cents.

You may include other stakeholders of your company like the employees, vendors, clients within your purview to conduct the data analysis involving auto ethnography, Focus Group Discussions, case studies.
