I am strugling to find the SMD quadrature coupler starting 100MHz for balanced high power RF amplifier 100MHz to 500MHz. In this case I am planning to make it from coaxial cables. The impedance should be 50 Ohm, but part of branch line coupler requires 35 Ohm. That coaxial cable is expensive and the question is: Is it possible to do 35 Ohms from parallel connected 75 Ohm cables. Do you see any challenges I might face here. Or maybe you have any other advice for my case?

I think this is a good idea, and that it should work, although there will be some difference from ideal because 35 ohms is not half of 75 ohms. It is certainly worth trying.
I think you can find such couplers on the market..depending on the power level SMD might become tricky..Quadrature (90 deg) is ususally easy for one octave..what is your power level?
