Sadly to receive emails from ELSEVIER that the two Q4 SCOPUS Indexed Journals (Test Magazine Journal and International Journal of Innovative Technology and Exploring Engineering- IJITEE) are currently being investigated to add the contents further which will take approximately 2 months for the decision to be taken, also ELSEVIER system will not allow the two journals to add any content until a decision is taken.
In case they are found to be a predatory journal, can we withdraw our papers from them? Does anyone have experience of withdrawing papers from predatory journals? Please advise me...

I don't have any experience with htis kind of journal but generally speaking withdrawing an article before you signed a publication agreement is within your rights. In your case, the publisher (Elsevier) is likely to enforce your rights if problems occur. If the publisher is alreay investigating the journals you should consider withdrawing your articles now.
Dear Prof, i have few earlier published conference papers in both journals published last year and early january-march 2020...they appeared in the respective journals' site but not in scopus database....
So, as far as you know....is it possible to withdraw all articles from these journals if they found guilty?

Ah. Once something is published, this is rather tricky. As long as papers exist in print or are accessible via the internet, they count as published, and re-publishing them is out of the question. If the two journals are pure online journals, you could ask the publisher to remove your papers if they decide to disband the journal. I don't know whether they would do this, though.

A little update:
“International Journal of Innovative Technology and Exploring Engineering” is in the meantime indeed discontinued in Scopus as of 2019:

in the Scopus coverage content, you can see that they shamelessly published a staggering 8339 papers in one year (2019). This is the reason why they are discontinued. The publisher behind this “Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication” is mentioned in Beall’s list of potential predatory publishers (and proved to be so by this practice): https://beallslist.net/
"Test Engineering and Management" is for the time-being still indexed in Scopus:

but in the Scopus content you can see that they go from a ‘normal’ 20 papers a year to 454 in 2019 and so far in 2020 they have already ‘published’ 2905 papers…
This journal is hijacked: https://beallslist.net/hijacked-journals/ I am afraid to say that I am pretty sure this journal will be discontinued the next evaluation round by Scopus.
Both are sad examples of the poor way Scopus is able to handle these types of misleading practices. The first one is an example of a predatory publisher that uses its Scopus indexing to attract researchers to publish with them and tries to collect as many papers as possible as long as the indexing is out there.
The second is even worse, the person or people behind this ‘journal’ simply steal the indexing and reputation of a small journal (in this case a no longer existing journal) and use this to attract researchers in order to collect as many papers as possible (and the corresponding fee of course) until they are exposed and Scopus deals with it.
Researchers think they do the best they can by choosing a Scopus indexed journal but these examples show how poorly the (presumably) automated systems of Scopus are able to spot these type of shameless scam and they demonstrate how long it takes before Scopus apparently is able to correct things. Very sad for all those being a victim of this type of criminal behaviour.
