Hi, I am trying to dissolve hesperidin, and just found out that it has to be dissolved in pyridine, which I don't have now. Is there any other alternative I can use to dissolve hesperidin? I have only dissolved compounds or drugs in other solvents, not pyridine. It will save my life. Thank you so much.

It gives solubilities of hesperidin in some common alcohols.
You may try to use DMSO instead. However the disadvantage is the difficulty to recover the compound from DMSO.
DMF is better solvent than DMSO and would be easier to isolate compound by heating at say 50-60C water bath and pressure as low as possible using rotary evaporator. occasionally you can add methanol to remove DMF as azeotrope. It worked for me while workup with DMF. Good Luck.
