Purified NA/LE Mouse Anti-Human CD3 (BD-566685)?

I am using Purified NA/LE Mouse Anti-Human CD3 (BD-566685) to stimulate PBMC. In the BD text sheet, it is not mentioned that this OKT3 cloned specific CD3 antibody is in plate bound or soluble format. How do I know this?

According to the Technical Data Sheet for the purified NA/LE Mouse Anti-Human CD3 (BD-566685) which I have attached below, I read it as 1mg to be reconstituted using 1ml of aqueous buffered solution (storage buffer provided by the company) to obtain a concentration of 1mg/ml. You need to store the undiluted antibody at 4 degree C.
