I've been looking into ways to extract pigments and colourants from plant materials and PEF has come up as an option but I can't seem to find for lack of a better phase a step-by-step process of how it works and what equipment would be required. Any help or a point in the right direction would be appreciated I'm not sure why this one seems very difficult to research online.
