If I have an article originally published in Spanish, there is a way to publish an English version of it even if the original version has been published for some years.

This is possible, but you need the permission of the copyright holder (e.g. the publisher of the original article). And you should also inform the new editors that this article was already published in Spanish. See also these discussions:
