Hi,

I am doing my CRISPR knockout experiment and having trouble in kicking out pTarget F plasmid after gene deletion. I have tried multiple cultures with higher concentrations of IPTG and nothing worked so far. I still have pCas9 plasmid inside cells so culturing them at 30 C with 1-2mM IPTG and Kanamycin. ANy suggestions plz.
