For post tension concrete slab, if strand cable blow out but and the central (king wire) exposed more than the other 6-wire strand, what this mean?
The usual case that all 7 wire strand will be the same, or one of the external.
The system behaves as a seven-bar parallel system under tension. Failure takes place progressively one after the other. The first to fail is the weakest depending on the effective area and existence of inner faults. If a single strand is manufactured a little pit larger, it will be the last to fail.

i should including that the PT broken due MEP construction drill under the slab, so the drill will cut one of the 7 wire strand but not the center wire, so why the central wire is longer than the other after exposed from slab edge?
