PSortb was not installed successfully. Any help?

I am using ubuntu 32 bit as a guest operating system at on VMWare and Windows7 as the host operating system. I followed all steps mentioned at

http://www.psort.org/downloads/INSTALL.html

When I tried to run psort I got errors. Please see the PSortIssue.txt file attached with this mail. I perceived from this error message that there is an issue in installation of Algorithm:HMM (I downloaded it from http://www.psort.org/download/Algorithm-HMM-0.04.tar.gz) . I then tried to install it but there is an issue in installation of Algorithm:HMM (Please see attached file AlgorithmHMMIssue.txt). Can you please guide me whats wrong with installation.

If you require any further details please let me know. I shall be very thankful to you for your assistance.
