I am working on the hyperspectral and multispectral remote sensing work on Citrus Orchards. For this purpose, I need ASD Spectroradiometer or Spectral Evolution meter and LAI meter. Can any body can tell from where I can get these instruments?
If some body of any organization has these instruments, pl let me know. we may work on mutual cooperation and understanding?

I think its costly... better you go to some near by University or research Institute of you area or country. Request them for help.
There are other spectrometers not only ASD or spectral evolution and there is a wide range of prices that are usually related to the relative quality of the device.
LAI meter - there are few methods to obtain LAI and few available devices for each option.
As suggested above - look in near by institutes. It would be better to get the devices with people that are skilled operating them.
