At the above link is an attempt to prove the Goldbach strong conjecture, assuming the Goldbach weak theorem has been proved.

Is there anyone with a theoretical mathematical background who could please review this, and recommend changes or offer comments?

The two co-authors are retired IBM, so this is not some school assignment.
