I have 3 antibodies checked on SDS-PAGE, and observed different size of light chain. At beginning, I thought it might be due to different amino acids length. After I checked their aa sequences and found only differing in length by 3 aa (237aa, 239aa and 240aa).

I'm not sure whether 3 aa can make such big difference in molecular weight. Anybody can explain?

Thanks in advance.
