Can anyone suggest me good Promotercless plant expression vector? and if anybody used pGWB404 and pGWB405 vectors please tell me whetehr they are giving a good expression of GFP.

Dear Mohan, If u have pCAMBİA1301 as an example. You can remove 35S promoter (driving uidA gene intrupted by intronic sequence) by a single digestion with HindIII and NcoI; here promoterless expression vector is ready. Good luck.

It seems that the GFP gene expresses well in pGWB404 and pGWB405 vector. See examples (GFP expression) from these vectors in Fig.2 and Fig.4 in the paper attached.
