The publisher Sciendo is nowadays part of De Gruyter, a well-established academic publisher. According to the preface the published papers will be indexed (in Scopus and other indexes). This might be but keep in mind that conference papers do not have the same ‘status’ as papers in journals.
Nevertheless, attending a conference with well-established researchers and enough moments to exchange thoughts with everybody attending the conference is always a good thing. In the past I attended numerous great conferences where the proceeding where either ‘simple’ collection of all contributions (lectures, papers, and poster presentations) without any indexing. Never felt it was a waste of time. Sometimes (part of) what happened on the conference appeared in a book (series), see for example:
Chapter Lipid involvement in protein translocation
This appeared many years later in Scopus. But if this never would have happened, I still look back at a great experience. So chance is that your contribution will appear in for example Scopus but if the conference is good and papers are visible at this reputed publisher, I think you should conclude it was all worthwhile.
